Not answering to emails, nobody there to assist when you are calling in asking for a refund. Left the message for a call back. No reply. Asked if I could come over to the shop so the refund could be processed this way- impossible to arrange for same. Orders placed in July, not ready for collection yet. School starts next week and having nothing ready. Info about the delay on the orders on the website has been put up only recently after our orders were placed and its absolutely false as it has been more than 14working days for us and no sign of anything. Absolutely disgraceful!
Very long, almost-stationary queue at 11 on Friday. Had to leave after 20 mins to take son to work. When my wife went 2nd time, they expedited online orders sensibly but still too 10-15 mins.
Barbara is so lovely to deal with. Happy customer.
People and schools should be made aware of how much money this crowd are making and not delivering books should be boycotted next year total disgrace
Very helpful member of staff, went to warehouse to see if she could find a book that I was getting it hard to source. She came back with it, it was covered and all but she never charged extra for that. Picked up some other school items while there.
I have been passing by this place, always thought if it was warehouse, I wanted to buy book recently, when I Google bookhaven came up as store, drove in and seen the shop which stand inside business park which you can't really see from main road Ashbourne with massive warehouse storage, went in to get one book for my son and up with six and few other things, great selection.
Still waiting on 2 school books said they would ring us havent bothered to even get in touch also wont answer their phone probably go somewhere else next time poor standard of customer service

Great selection for kids of all ages great school book service and parking out side covering collection delivery for school books just need lots without it
Top class service, young competent staff, helpful & knowledgeable..... Just drop in list and pay on collection 3-4 days later - €30 deposit
