Amazing Helpful Friendly staff! Lovely clean store, very organised. Was greeted by Shane who helped check us in, Ed helped us with finding items and the process and Milly checked us out and even came to the car park to give me my hotel card I had accidentally dropped. Highly recommend and will be revisting

Good stock levels and friendly staff

Really good layout, nice and friendly staff. Only issue was going in at half 12 and looked like there needed to be shelfs stocked more. Other than that, great.

Been members for years. Turn up today first time since pandemic and they have deleted us. "Oh, you've not been for a year, we have deleted your account!". Yeah, but I've had no notification about it, and you are still sending us email.... Oh, we can create you a new account. If you happen to be carrying business proof documents... So I have a 1 hour round trip to get paperwork. Probably not going to bother going again.

First time at this wholesalers and what a warm welcome store freezing! Lady on customer services so helpful - went through specials, gave us free coffee, showed us how to use self scanners.  We got great stock for the coming winter, drinks, tea bags, washing powders drinks etc.  The meat counter looked fabulous. Some great deals on.  Check out assistant was really friendly and told us if we ever had problems scanning in the future to see him.  Really impressed will definitely be back.

Just want to say a huge Thank you to Barry & the Team, once again our Christmas meat was fantastic.  Thank you for spectacular service all year round - Barry is my Dinner Party Hero, love his recipes and tips and just the best cuts of meat ever.  Thank you Bookers, Happy New Year to you all

We don’t know what we would of done without the amazing staff at bookers for the last 4 years, they have helped our business with professionalism and expertise throughout .. Chi the former manager, and his amazing staff, have gone above and beyond , at all time with donations of food to help us feed the homeless in Folkestone ...  Dean and Barry the outstanding butchers  well they are  always so friendly and always top notch  for advice for our customers which we so need esp when being a vegetarian , they help us immensely ... it’s so lovely to go on a store and met friendly hardworking staff who never tire to help .. we don’t know what we would be without them, helping us xx

Disgraceful attitude from a member of the butchers department and not for the first time ! An older balding man who obviously is not happy in his work and who need to find alternative employment before even more people take their business elsewhere ! Rude bad manors and swears at customers ! Personally refused to serve us ! He doesn't even know us ! And in our opinion he is racist also as we have personally o reheard comments and witnessed his attitude and behaviour various other customers - he had no place being in a public position and we for one will refuse his service and will be putting in a formal complaint to the grad office about him !!
