Now revamped with more space and products. Excellent butchey department. Good local wholesalers. Easy to get to. Good parking. Friendly helpful staff.
Our Friday delivery never arrived normally by08.30am however it was late promised it would be there 14.30nOne of the staff left off at 14.00 and the Booker direct lorry was out side our shopnWe waited 15.15 we rang Peterborough they said the driver had run out of time and we were not getting our order till Monday they had taken payment that has taken several day to returnnWe said the lorry was outside our shop the reply was there wasn’t a lorry in the area must be seeing things
The most embarrassing Booker in all my 15 years in Business . I was in Peterborough Booker today and there was so many questions why you don’t have scanner? Why don’t have this is like I’m working for them and they pay for me now excuse me you as a staff working for Booker and you must scan it, not me Shame on Peterborough booker
So booker Peterborough have had a massive refurb, and things have been moved about. Walking around in circles for a little while, untill a young gentleman named ‘Snoop’ came to the rescue. Walked me round the whole warehouse untill my shopping was done. Even pointed out some bargains! Saved the day and alot of time. Great asset to the company. Customer service on point! Thanks mate.
One of many cash and carry in Peterborough. This is fair size compared to the others. You need to shop around for prices. They are not the cheapest but in my opinion has more varieties that others are lacking. One annoying thing is that they prices printed on most the chocolate packaging. For that reason we don't get our chocolate stocks there.
