The whole of the estate is a total mess, and the road up to the Lancashire county council recycling is utterly ridiculous the amount discarded vehicles and rubbish is so bad.
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - NEXT DAY DELIVERY MEANS NOTHING. THEY WILL DEFEND THEIR TERRIBLE CHOICE OF DELIVERY COMPANY- DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
Customer Service- Bullying culture caused by the team leaders, Tom and Lucy especially, gossiping, unprofessional,bad language. Not good for Boohoo's brand at all. Really damaged my mental health, avoid. Similar reviews on Glassdoor aswell, high turnover for a reason.nManager Deborah no better, will intimidate you out of what you experienced and make you feel bad for raising it.
On the bay tipping a container for nearly 5 hours - tight getting on the bay with other trucks there - for such a large company, it was not great, and it needs improvement big time.
They have the worst customer service!!!nIf you purchase your own sized clothes and still it doesnt fit you, than their return policy sucks!! and if they let you do the return then you better pay for the return postage fee yourself. I would never be buying from them and don't recommend to anyone, because it's not a store you cannot try the clothes so whatever and however they are when you get them you have to accept them. And if it doesnt fit you even that you have ordered your own size clothes, your money is wasted!
