Lovely location great scenery and a great cafe and shop to have lunch and chat out doors on within. Service was gast and friendly and lots of parking space at a reasonable price as great for a stroll with kids who will love seeing the wild deer and running around the tower. There is a small charge to be on the tower grounds and a combined charge to go into tower and be on the grounds. Its a great place to have a picnic and watch the deer with kids or even adults. We had good weather and so you see along distance making the scenery great.
A truly lovely place to visit; peaceful and with stunning views, some great walks, and a couple of lovely cafes. The deer park is accessible and the deer were easy to spot. We stopped for cake and hot chocolate and found both to be delicious. The wood burning stove was a welcome addition after spending some time in the chilly morning taking in the magnificent views. Would highly recommend!
Really worth a visit. Walked up the hill from Broadway to the Tower which overlooks the town. Well presented with a shop cafe and restaurant. Incredible views of the surrounding area and a very quirky history. Enjoyed the visit but found the £12 entry a little on the spicy side. On balance worth it
Beautiful views!!! Perfect walking, strolling and view point. Plenty of parking in and around the centre access, clean facilities and refreshments available. Enjoy a base for long walks, let the dog enjoy the terrain or simply take in the views.
Very interesting visit inside the tower, it took us 1 hour as we listened to everything on the audio tour... Rooms are beautifully decorated, great views from the top, it is well worth the £12 entry. Take your time and enjoy it.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo wait
My wife and I visited Broadway Village and on the way back, saw a sign for Broadway Tower. You can go into the tower, but we didn't have the time, but the scenery is gorgeous. There is a 1.2 kilometre walk around the site, which is especially good if you have a dog. There is a couple of places to eat, which are very nice and there's a herd of deer on the site, which is a nice touch.
A good summer day out experience, Enjoy the views of natural green beauty from the tower. We parked in Broadway Town and walked upto the tower which takes about 30-40 minutes. You get to see sheep grazing on the hills and some streams on the way. If you don't like walking up the hill you can park in nearby Morris Cafe and its only 2-3 minutes walk from there. Broadway town has a lot of shops and pubs to enjoy as well. Only reason rated 4 stars because money to value ratio for Tower tickets is not great.
Nice day out, lovely views, some short circular walks, nice cafe...not far from Broadway. Has a car park. Costs £3 at time of visit. Limited free parking outside due to narrow roads...gets very busy.
Great views from the country park. Nice tearoom. Even better views from the top of the tower but very windy the day we visited . Special mention for the young woman on the reception in the tower: super cool character.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
