Ordered a hand painted gin glass as a gift for a friend. The price was much less than on other sites. I was anxious about using a seller I have not heard of before but I need not have worried. Have received excellent service. Ordered Saturday, it arrived Wednesday. Really well packaged. I would definitely recommend this seller and would use again.
Ordered online a mug and bowl set, arrived as two bowls. I emailed them to notify them and I have a replacement mug sent straight away with no extra cost. Really impressed with the efficiency and care. All items are of high quality.
I was after some specific paint that I was struggling to find and the people at Bonnypack checked the tins in stock to confirm they had the paint I wanted and called me back as promised. The paint arrived the next day! The tins were very well packed and I'm very pleased I've got what I needed and found a decent, reliable place to buy from.
The most filthy and fraudulent people. I purchased an article, I felt quality is very cheep, next day I went to return/refund but staff misbehaved and said we do not do refund. Under Sales and Good Act and consumer Act refund is basic right of consumers. I request people do not go this store , most of the things have very very poor quality but high price
Purchased two table lamps from Bonnypack. First time I have used this company. Goods were competitively priced and were dispatched and received within 2 days. Staff were polite and helpful on the phone. Lamps arrived today and were well packaged and another plus is Bonnypack use DPD who for me are one of the better delivery companies. The Lamps are great and would recommend Bonypack and will certainly look to make more purchases as and when. Thank you.
Really impressed with the quality of the canvas I received. I had shopped around for ages and was so reluctant to pay the prices of other retailers for something similar. Honestly can not get over how much of a great price it is considering its size. Delivery was seamless also, I was constantly kept up to date and received my order within the expected timeframe. Highly recommend and will definitely be making more purchases!
I have been many times there, but recently went for casual shopping and been stopped by the one of the workers, and been told to leave my bag in safe place because, I'm not allowed to take my own bag to the store. That's the first place where I experienced this kind of stuff in democratic country.

I was absolutely shocked by the amount of customer service Bonnypack provides. I ordered a pack of 2 x6 cauldron oil burners. This was a total of 12... when my order arrive I only got 6 plus a free gift. I was absolutely dreading calling customer service as this was my first time using Bonnypack. I spoken to gentleman <didn't catch his name> who swiftly said they will get my other 6 items straight through post. There was no question or fight only I had provide proof I only received 6 iitems. I sent a email to Ariadne, whose customer service was second to none. Eveytime I emailed she was very attentive and professional. She constantly reassured me that they rest of items were on its way. All the items I received were packed extremely well and no items were damaged because of the package. Definitely will be a returning customer as level of service is top notch!!! Well done guys xx
I visited Bonny Park twice, and while the store is well-organized and offers a great selection of products, the staff's behavior was disappointing. When I asked for help finding a product, a short, elderly, and stout staff member wearing glasses shouted at me. Improving their customer service would make a huge difference to the overall experience.
