Kids meals were not the best and no atmosphere. Such a shame as had higher expectations. The only saving grace was it was early service and wife pizza was ok.... My fillet steak was ok but not as good as we make it at home...

A lovely little find. From the outside it looks small and cosy, but when you enter you find yourself in a traditional, bigger the expected Italian restaurant. The staff were friendly, helpful and chatty. The food was lovely.

Absolutely terrible and flavourless food that has not left the 1970's. Most food on the menu was not available on a Saturday night forcing people to regularly change thier dish. The remaining dishes availible were covered in cheese and lacked seasoning or taste. No presentation of food as it was simply thrown onto the plates. Please AVOID STEAK DISHES, as I was severed an overcooked sirloin, which was replaced by the worst fillet I have ever eaten. Starters were lazy and flavourless, mains were equally as discusting. Pizzas were soggy and poor quality toppings, pasta had no meat or fish but plenty of suace. Overall the food was discusting and cheap (contrary to the price) along with an outdated decor.

I went in on my own yesterday and was made welcome. The vegetarian pizza that I had was nice. I just found it a bit odd to see a sign up stating the importance of a smile (if your customers are grumpy it's your choice to ignore that or to cheer them up- I was personally cheered by the Italian styling inside) and a bill that says 'Service not included' in not especially small lettering. If you want to always charge for service then some might consider doing it by putting up their usual prices instead. I think that the British are generally generous with tips but some will never leave tips and some who would have left a tip might not because they don't necessarily like to be told to leave one. As a result I left dead on a 10% tip (some say 15% now but historically 10% was fine).
