Been here for lunch twice now, and if ever I'm back in the area I'm certain I'll return. The cafe itself has a lovely welcoming atmosphere, modern in design but with definite Italian inspiration. The wait staff are all incredibly friendly, courteous and helpful on my second visit one of the waitresses remembered by drink order from the previous day and offered it to me as soon as I sat down! As for the food, although it is perhaps on the slightly pricier side, though not by much for slightly upmarket cafe fare, all that I have seen and sampled has been delicious, prepared and presented to a high standard and well worth the cost. The pasta dish in particular was a generous sized portion and definitely enticed me to return and try the rest of the menu. All of my cappuccinos were lovely too, well rounded flavour with no unpleasantly bitter after taste, although I seemed to get more chocolate sprinkled on top with each cup I drank! In all a great experience and one I would recommend to anyone who finds themselves in the area!
I am scoring our delivery from their chippy next door as a 1. We just paid £29 for 2 cold pizzas, soggy and greasy chips and over cooked garlic bread with burnt cheese attached. The pizzas were only properly cooked on one side and considering we only live 2 miles from the shop our food could have been warm.............we will not go again.
Love the fish and chips, best i've had, fish is full of flavour and the batter stays golden and crunchy, every time i land in glasgow thats my first stop, kind of a tradition now!
Great local area for us to go and enjoy some continental food, stuff are brilliant, if they need one bit of advice, it's to get the cocktails back!!! Only place in the ever growing village that would excel in that Field
THIS GUY NEEDS TO COOK HIS CHIPS PROPERLY,WAS GOOD WHEN FIRST OPEND BUT HAS WENT RIGHT DOWN HILL <br/>& I think he's had that yellow t shirt on since day 1
Food was disgusting and very over priced in the takeaway side and also sitting in to eat. have never been back and have no intention of ever going back.
Not good. Slow service. Overcooked fish. Undercooked chips.
The food was poor for the high prices you pay
