Only went for a skirt which staff put to one side for me . A long drive for me but worth it as it's a lovely shopping centre
I visit bonmarche in cramlington on regular basis and I more than happy with the customer service I receive. God shop and nice staff
Great range of clothing in lovely colours and designs, they have some great bargains in their sales.
The shop is less cluttered, staff and shoppers wore masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing in place, staff regularly cleaned rails etc, new stock and sale items, one way system inside the mall and shop, worth a visit.
Unusually unhelpful staff when last visited more interested in forthcoming quiz night.
