Staff aren't particularly friendly. I tend to get greeted with judgey glares and it puts me off buying anything since I feel judged.
Not as stylish as M&S, reasonably priced, I bought some lace tops, they were cotton, pretty colours. They do have a loyalty card that's worth having. I'm not very tall and their trousers start at 27" so no taking up!!!
I can't get into the store online to shop.
