Originally took out life and critical illness cover over one year ago and was told that if I ever wished to cancel there would be no early cancellation fee - brilliant I thought! Okay now fast forward one year and I'm being told that if I do wish to cancel I must first pay a £200 cancellation fee. Avoid this company unless you wish to fall into the same trap?

I'd rate the adviser full marks she was fantastic took me through the process and explain everything I needed to no. She also made me feel at ease. Couldn't ask for anything more, thank's again Shauna Dolan for all your help.
