Camera not working had to take a ticket, came back after theatre put my ticket in pay station, paid £5 got to barrier it gobbled the ticket and refused to let me out!!!! Tried the ‘assistance button’ “everyone is busy try to again later” FFS Had to pay another £3.70 at barrier to get out! To be fair I got a refund!
Always good for finding a space. Handy for the shopping centre, the Art Gallery and Cowdray Hall. Not the easiest of car parks to find entry to for first timers.
Nice, clean and well lit car park. Unfortunately the automatic number plate recognition system does not recognise foreign number plates, resulting in us having to pay parking charges twice! PLEASE FIX THIS!
Car park is decent but poorly signposted.nnHas very tight bends and corners. Not clearly signposted how to get in and out on foot once the centre is closed.nnI ended up going down a stairwell to a locked door and had to go back. Ended up just walking down the ramp for cars to get out which probably isn't very safe. Had to come in via the car ramp again as there was no way in.
Good car park, lots of spaces. You pay before leaving. Finding your way around a bit confusing once you've parked but signage from the shops is good.nWell-priced considering it's city centre.
