In town for a week. We know our Indian food.  Tried this restaurant based on the reviews here. Visited on a Friday evening. No parking on site. Busy/noisy, vibe, friendly staff, the food was tasty but not extraordinary. Quick service. Pricey. Service charge added without asking.

Ordered food at 6.20pm, it turned up 3 hours late and food actually arrived from Mr India. Tried continuously to get through to Bombay Palace but no one picks up the phone. Food was stone cold and tasteless, complete waste of £30. Ruined our evening. Will not be ordering food from here ever again, sort it out Bombay

Very delicious food, service and enjoyed the time we spent here. Even my 5 years old daughter loved her chicken tikka from tandoor.. Highly recommended

Food was great. Went during eat out help out so there were definitely delays but you gotta give them the benefit of the doubt.  Halal also 

ordered 1 hour 20 mins ago now still waiting , rang to check just said on the way, no apology wasn't bothered. Terrible customer service
