Really helpful friendly staff. A lot of The cafes in the area were closing at 4 even though a couple said 5, but we noticed this place was still open and serving until 6. Also, it was air conditioned and so was welcome relief from the heat of the day. Just had toasted sandwiches which were bob on. Great that the salad served with them had no dressing so you could choose if you wanted any. The Americano was flavourful and strong enough. Finished with cakes which although nothing to write home about were satisfying. Would recommend.
Fantastic. We wanted a hot late lunch but none of the other cafe's in the area where doing any real food other than cakes. We had the most amazing toasted sandwiches and a cup of soup - huge, generous portions, great hot latte and homemade cakes. My toasted bacon, brie and cranberry was oozing with cheese. Great friendly service and the cafe was full. We will be back. Thanks so much.
Went for breakfast with family, was lovely all food disappeared very quick so must've been tasty. Only gripe was menu given showed all their foodeven menus that weren't available and this was a little irritating, staff pleasant and helpful. Double checked order to make sure everyone had a meal and coped well during what felt like a busy time. Restaurant was full when we left, with people waiting for tables. We want to come back at the weekend to try the different menus. Kid-friendliness: Had a highchair reserved with our booked table so that we could have our son with us. Top marks.
This is a lovely little cafe in the heart of Cromer. We went there for breakfast as we prefer to support small, independent places when travelling. The coffees are huge! Not that I am complaining, but the large is bigger than you would expect. We both ordered the American pancakes. They were very well made and tasty. My only very small gripe was that a few of the blueberries were still frozen in the middle. It was a good sized portion and very filling. The bacon was clearly of very good quality. We didn't have any, but the cakes looked great but I did grab a cheese scone for later and can confirm that was very tasty too. They are dog friendly which is a bonus. If I were in the area I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice Parking: Parking was easy, right outside - there is also a carpark nearby Dietary restrictions: Lots of good dairy/veggie/vegan/GF options
Cakes and pastries looked fresh and tasted good. We had scones. Friendly service and a local feel. 5 mins walk from the pier Parking: We used a paid car park 2 minutes away but there was on street parking nearby. Wheelchair accessibility: Its on the ground floor
Highly recommended! Came whilst on holiday. Very well organised, kept distances, clean and managed brilliantly during Covid 19. Incredibly friendly staff and good menu options with a few dietary alternatives, the chocolate mocha was one of the best my mums ever had. They are dog friendly to sizes small to medium. They were wonderful at accommodating us to a quieter area to sit with our 3 dogs, one of which is very nervous. Thank you very much to all the staff.
We chanced upon this café whilst trying to escape the crowds after the Cromer New Year's Day fireworks. The staff were in the process of closing but were kind enough to let us in. I'm glad they did. Our coffees, teas, homemade lemon drizzle cakes and homemade lemon, blueberry and raspberry flapjack were all really good and great value. You don't often see a large cappuccino for £3.30 and a pot of tea for £2.25 these days. The cakes were £2.50 and my flapjack was £3.25. The latter was extremely filling, moist and tasty. All the young staff were very friendly and let us finish our drinks in peace even though it was well past closing time. In leaving we decided to buy two homemade frozen fish pies. They were around £4.50 each I believe. Also very tasty and great value. They also do similar cottage pies. We will certainly be returning!
I have been regular here since it opened well over ten years ago. The standard has never slipped, always first class, since I moved from Cromer two years ago it is perhaps the place I miss most, only visiting now and again now, but always a delight to return. This is the best coffee house in Cromer, no other comes anywhere near
Excellent Burns Evening! Great food. Looking forward to the next evening. Perfect for coffee, homemade cakes and sausage rolls. Vegetarian options: Good choice of vegetarian and vegan options
Warm welcome from the fantastic staff as usual. New menu has more vegan dishes, need to try them all! Had the sweet potato and chick pea sausage roll with mashed potato, peas and gravy today. Very tasty.Food: 5/5
