DOESTNT EVEN WARRANT 1 STAR but no other option!! Absolutely fuming with this dentist They de registered my son because he had missed 3 appointments yet the last appointment I called all the way to the surgery to advise them we were stuck in traffic & could be late Not once did anyone pick up that phone by the time we had got to the dentist just to be told when we got in there that he wouldnt be seen. Seconds after leaving i received a message advising they had de registered my 8 year old son I mean How traffic & them not answering the phone is any of our faults I have no idea. They told me that a msg could of been left yet it takes upto 4 hrs for them to pick that up aswel. What a joke dentist these are They were quite happy to see my other Son but not my youngest I mean really how fair is that I dont think so some how sort your policies out they are children for god sakes!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would rate this 0 starts if i could! poor service and a high turnover of staff that wants one thing MONEY! i went around 2 years ago about y wisdom teeth they sent me to the hospital for x ray i was the told my results would be sent to the dentist and i will get a call for my referral this never happened 2 years later and an infection i went last week i had the x ray done at the dentist the woman was so rude to me claimed i didn't look after my teeth or brush them i dont have perfect teeth but i brush twice a day with an electric tooth brush and then a single bristle one to get in between teeth and wisdom teeth and i use mouth wash so her rude remarks was un called for! she then said do i want treatment and i said does it involve needles as i hate needles she said no for god sake treatment that you eat... meaning antibiotics her English wasn't the best anyway back to the x ray the left side of my face was swollen due to infection she then shoved this plastic thing in to my mouth cutting my tongue and scrapping my throat bare in mind its hard to open it all the way due to the swollen and pain, she took x rays of both sides then said i need to come back for more x rays costing over £50 i am under bad 1 which states the payment covers any further treatment so i emailed a complaint and again was replied with a rude response claiming it was my fault and the referral was sent in 2015 funny because this is the first i have heard about it i have rang multiple times in 2 years and been told no referral was sent and no x ray from the hospital was received anyway i now have my referral and the dentist sent it to a clinic that only offer IV sedation when i was told more than 3 times i could have it done at my local hospital under anaesthetic because i may need a little more work due to the angle of one wisdom tooth not to mention this clinic is miles away from home i will be sending yet another complaint in not that i can see it getting resolved 2 years of agonising pain for my referral to not only be sent miles from home without even checking with me but to a clinic i have never heard of just very rude and unprofessional I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!!!

My mum had to crowns fitted and both fell out she went to have them redone and now they have a nerve to say she needs 2 more that's another £244 what it is after another 6 months which she can't afford and for me I went there and saw same dentist and he didn't examine my mouth and said need 4 teeth out which I want to keep as they are my bottom front teeth and a filling I'm trying to get in a nhs dentist near me and take me and my mum out of this 1 if your desperate then it's ideal for you I was not happy at all
