Walk in and walk out feeling great, isn't that what everyone wants! Great staff this clinic has gathered up great job, it's a great environment you're walking into like a families house of yours. That's how I felt the first time I arrived at this clinic. Wide range of treatments, coverages of course are accepted, a wide range of knowledge each staff member has and work very well with your needs to get you back on your right tracks of life!

Bolton physio is a top notch clinic. Owners Dan and Lynn are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have an amazing staff. Tina in particular has treated me most of that time and she is very caring and knowledgeable. Dian keeps the clinic running efficiently. Vince, Joe and Danielle are also great additions to the staff. By far the best Physiotherapy Clinic I have ever been to.  Not only are they professional, but they treat you like family with a great atmosphere, and knowledge.  I am so happy to be getting my treatment here, for they just are such an amazing people for all who works there and I would most definitely recommend anyone who needs treatment to visit the clinic and see how wonderful it is there.

A definite 5 star experience, I highly recommend Bolton Physio!  Customer service excellence!!  Expertise, they have it! They are very flexible/ accommodating schedules,  if you have to change your appt  at the last min there’s no scolding lol or charge, they work with you. The staff are so friendly and engaging. When your ailments get the best of you they are right there to cheer you up, very motivating.  I have been going to the clinic on and off for approx 15+ Years. They have helped me so much. I can’t say enough positive things about them.

This clinic has been great for me and my treatment. All the health care professionals I have had the pleasure of learning and treated from have been superb and the customer service from the front desk customer service Dan is the type of customer service you can only dream of. Always so understanding when things come up and an appointment has to be changed or cancelled, although it alters their schedules and I try not to, it does happen. Elsewhere you might get a smug 'ok', or even a charge applied to the account, here it is always so reassuring that they are there to make you feel better and know that things come up, they are there to make our lives easier and not harder and for that I will always return even as I moved farther away, it is well worth the drive each and every time.

Amazing friendly staff. Always willing to work with you and your schedule. Melissa who handles the front is always willing to work  for you and helping you with your claims. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.  They are never too busy to answer questions or to hear your stories. It's has always been a great experience. I would recommend this location to anyone.

After a serious work injury and surgery the team at bolton physiotherapy worked hard with me for almost 10 months. They helped me learn to walk again and eventually even got me running. They made me work hard to get back to 100%. They are a very committed to getting their patients back to the best they can be.  I appreciate the work they did for me and would highly recommend them.
