First off, I cannot comment on the quality of his work however, his customer service relations  totally sucks!
Received a quote from David and he talked me through what he would do which we were happy with. Told him that we wanted him to do the work and he told me it would be the beginning of the following week (Some 5 days notice) So I expected him on the Monday or Tuesday to start. After not hearing from him on the Monday morning I telephone him but he was unable to talk as he was with a customer and would call me back in 30 minutes time.3 hours later I called again after not receiving a call back,  the call went to the answer phone so I left a message asking him to give me a call to give me an idea of where we were at, so he already had my landline number and now had my mobile number as well. Guess what, no call so I phoned him again 24 hours later and this time we managed to speak, I jokingly said it was a long 30 mins to which he blamed the mobile telephone mast! OK no problem, so when are you starting, not be this week or the following week but could be the week after that as he had not finished the job he was working on when he told us he would start work for us. I said a phone call would have been nice so we knew where we were to which, HE HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME! ... so his work may be OK but his customer relations Suck.  I have had to click a star to be able to post this review otherwise there would be no star.
