After driving aimlessly for a while looking for a place to eat we came across the Cock & Pheasant. Located on a main road it is easy to find. We were looking for a pub lunch and it seemed perfect to stop off here for a bite to eat. Inside it is your typical chain pub which although not a negative is a shame as you feel like you're just in any other pub. We ordered steak and cheese baguettes which were very tasty and you got plenty of steak. For the price I can't grumble (£13.50 for 2 baguettes and 2 cokes) but I feel that at full menu prices it falls a little short.
