Amazing service and so helpful. They have new measures in place due to covid and you can request books by phone or in person. Open Tuesday and Thursday 10-12 and 2-4. I have another stock of reading books for my children, appropriate to their age and level. Will continue to use this brilliant service
Lovely Asian lady with the headscarf, absolutely lovely couldn't do enough to help me join when I was having issues with the website. Offered to recommend books. Service with a lovely smile. Bless her.
Great little library I've been using a lot recently, great at getting books in, friendly staff. Just wish it was open more than two days a week!
Lady on the reception with short hair and glasses is awfully rude, refused my daughter who's 3 to borrow books as she had forgotten her card - even though on 3 occasions we have just given our home address and been able to borrow and return with no problems. Spiteful and a proper jobs worth.no customer service or anything vile
