Great kebabs, however a massive disconnect on payment methods. I was able to purchase a kebab for £7 on card no problem at all. A few days later I tried to do the same order and payment and I was told that card wasn’t accepted unless it over £10 and over. Even with proof of purchase literally a few days previous, there was a lack of customer service compared to my first visit. I think the older gentleman couldn’t be arsed to be honest. Probably will just go elsewhere.
Has to be the worst possible service from a takeaway! I phoned in an order to collect and was told it would be half an hour before it would be ready. That was ok, but when I arrived at the restaurant there was only one person in the place who was preparing the food, handling raw food, taking the orders and also taking the money. When I finally got to speak to him he told me that he couldn't find my order and it would be at least another 30 minutes before he could prepare it. At this point I saw him him wipe a cooking utensil with a filthy cloth and I decided to go elsewhere for my takeaway. This is the second time I have had appalling service from this takeaway and I will never be back. I would give it zero stars if this was possible!!
Best Naan bread in the UK. Better than any Michelin star London Indian. Chicken Tikka on the bone is prothe nicest thing you can ever eat.
