Very prompt response, set our expectations on when he could come out and was there on time.  Problem was tougher than first diagnosed but Kim went the'extra mile' to sort it.  And did - very reasonable price too.  Will use again for annual service, etc. and any major issues.  Excellent

Reliable! And highly professional, he fixed my boiler that British gas said was unfixable! He was polite and highly knowledgeable would recommend!
