Very helpful staff on the phone who once he heard of my plight was able to get an engineer to me within half an hour. The engineer was friendly and very helpful giving advice on what to do should the problem arise again. I can highly recommend the staff and service provided.

Your repair man discovered there were quite a few more problems with our boiler than we had thought, but it has been running like a dream since, and we notice a marked increase in efficiency. After ten years of amateurs, it seems we finally got someone who cares about their work and is proud to do a good job. The yearly service date is already in our calendars for this time next year - thank you.
Ive been on the service plan with BRR for 2 years and it's been faultless. Booking a service or any repairs via the website is stress-free and the engineers are friendly and punctual. Shop local - I'd definitely recommend these guys
