Special thanks to everyone at boiler guys found this company via some hard work to get my commercial boiler repaired. We have a very technical boiler house which had been condemn as no one seem to be able to fix our boiler issues. The company sent an engineer out in a timely manner who repaired our boiler and left our heating system running error free. I believe this is the kind of service you should shout about fast, fair priced, good customer service and expert boiler repair engineers. Fiver star rating from me and I will defiantly use them again.
got a potterton boiler a bit of a old but i didn't want to change it called a 2 plumbers out who said it need to be replaced boiler guys sent out a engineer who fixed the issue. i had to buy some parts which came up to a fair bit but it was all in all much cheaper and i have confidence in the engineer. The boiler has been working now for 3 weeks with no problem. will use again for any plumbing issue.
It was great experience with Boiler Guys. They had fixed my boiler a few months ago great service and boiler is still working. They have really good engineers thanks for a job well done. Highly recommended.
My boiler had broken down and I had no heating and no hot water I call another company out before who told me it had to be replaced I call boiler guys who found the fault and fixed it. They saved me thousands of pounds by repairing it. highly recommended gas engineers who can repair any thing if you ask me.
I used it this companies emergency plumbing service again just as good as previous. Plumbers was quick to get here and quick to get the job done. I have now recommended them to a good few of my friends now and they all seem to have had a good experience. Price was ok about average, the quality of work was also high as always and the time keep was good to as the plumber came in the arranged time.
Keep away from this company they just want to take your money. If I could give them a less rating than 1 I would give them. I am very disappointed with Boiler Guys. I had a leak with my toilet basin at 4am this morning. I had water every in my flat, including my carpets. I called Boiler Guys who sent me a plumber within 30minutes as promised by Susan the lady who handled my call. I was happy with how my call with dealt with and a plumber managed to stop my leak, however he said that he was not able to complete the repair as he did not have the parts he needed. The parts he needed was connecting pipes as the old one had rusted causing the leak. Susan who handled my call asked me to pay £192 for a plumber to be sent out which included the call out charge and the service. The plumber reassured me by saying he would be back to finish the work in the morning with the parts at 11am. The morning came and went and I started to worry but at 1pm I received a call from Susan asking me to pay an additional £120 plus parts charge of £36 plus VAT. The lady continued to explain that I needed to fork out an EXTRA £160 because it is another call out and its for another day therefore, was a different job. I told this women there was no way I would pay another £160 on top of already paying £192. She then said if I wrote a good review about this HORRIBLE, LYING, DISHONEST company she would waiver the additional charges and I would have to pay a further £36 ONLY for the parts as she put it, ONLY!!!!!. I explained to Susan that I thought I was paying for the call out charge and the repair when I paid £192 she then said oh you would have got a complete repair but because there are no shops open to get the parts so I am charged again. Susan kept telling me to write a good review about this company. I am so very disappointed with the service this company provided to me, having missed work and was charged twice. Keep away from this company.
We just had our boiler replaced we found the engineers to very friendly and i am very with the standard of work. I would certainly use this company again as I found them very easy to work with. The gas engineers seem very capable and experienced.
The old boiler broke down in the dead of winter we was left with no heat and no hot water we call one company who said it had to be changed at an amazing cost so we called around and boiler guys came to our rescue it seems like they hear these kind of stories regularly but they assured us that if anyone can fix it they can lucky enough for us we call them the engineer found the problem and had the spare parts in the van all working now and still going. just another happy customer.
We have a riello burner boiler which is a commercial boiler. our usuall plumber had a look at the problem but explain he was unable to fix it and told us to call boiler guys. Our boiler was looked at by a very skilled engineer mark who found and repaired the fault from start to finish. It took a while to fix as the boiler is very technical but the engineer was able to complete the repair which saved us a lot of money as we thought we may have to replace it.
I call this company for all my properties they do the gas certificates, boiler services, and my boiler repairs I have never had a problem with them and they are always quick at completing my repairs. They offer a very completive rate for boiler repairs and expert service. I would certainly recommend them to a friend.
