Great job removing our old back boiler and installing a new gas boiler. Dean and Jack were really helpful and did such a good, clean and tidy job, even bought their own coffee! Excellent service, would highly recommend.

We requested a service on our gas fire. The gas fitter arrived at the time slot given and completed his work in a professional manner. He left no mess and we look forward to seeing him again next service.

Excellent service, I phoned on Wednesday, an engineer  Dean  came out on Thursday to assess, he returned Friday to fix. Clean and tidy work, polite, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I've used boilercare for the last 20 years to service my boiler.  I've had two breakdowns in that period - they couldn't help either time : "fully booked for the next month" apparently.  I wrote-off the first time to "just one of those things".  This time I've concluded that they'll do the easy £60 for a half-hour service when they haven't much work on, but don't bother to help when you need them.  There are better companies out there - avoid boliercare.

We have just had a new boiler fitted and cannot recommend Boiler Care more highly. From the initial survey to the installation everything was achieved in a friendly professional manner. We cannot fault the workmanship of the fitter. He worked cleanly and with great precision. He obviously took pride in a job well done. We are absolutely delighted with the results.

I have been using Boilercare Hinckley, since we moved to Hinckley in 1999. Always had the very best of service from all the staff there, in every single way. Always fair on price and will go “the extra mile” on costs and to help with suggesting money saving  eg do not encourage unnecessary work to be done Recently had a gas ch boiler problem, which Ross came out to. Excellent service. Friendly engineers. Arrived when they said they would. Tidied up after fitting the new boiler and unblocked a radiator as part of the job. Wouldn’t consider using anyone else in future.
