I must start by saying that if there was an option for no stars, it would have been selected. The staff I encountered at this job centre are disrespectful, churlish and have been rude every time. They are unhelpful and extremely ill-mannered in their approach. They lack empathy, understanding and consideration for individual circumstances and instead follow a formulaic and discourteous routine which makes the experience unnecessarily unpleasant. I have attended other job centre's in the past and none have them have even compared to the level of unprofessional discourse and level of hostility at this one.
I found some of the staff extremely helpful, of course times have changed and these people are only there to get you back to work not actually find you a job like in the old days. What's needed is the old cards on the walls showing local jobs available as not everyone is Internet savvy.
This place is nothing more then a useless cattle market. No help or care given even remotely. Avoid like the plague! Even a full star is being generous. But can't post without one.
Accepted claimant commitment a few days later cancelled my claim 4 days before my 2nd appointment in addition my work coach was patronizing had no regard for my mental health issues
Trying to get in contact with them and all the number no the Web sight are not recognised!!!! Useless
