From the warm reception I received on my first visit, it is not hard to understand why this professional nail academy is Number 1. The products are the very best on the market and the level of service is exceptional. I had the privilege of an appointment with Lisa, the owner, who has a vast knowledge of the nail industry. I am absolutely thrilled with my nails and would not hesitate to recommend this salon. I am looking forward to trying the other beauty services they provide.

If there was an option of no stars I would submit it. Brought my wife a treatment for her birthday totally £65. Within 5 hours, 4 of the nails had come off, 2 more had cracked and 1 had clearly been applied incorrectly. I phoned to complain the following day and was told the manager would call back. When I received the call back it was not the manager but was informed she could either have the treatment again or have a refund. When I called back to confirm he refund the manager answered and bluntly lied that this had been offered and a refund wasn't possible. Don't use their services, you will be disappointed and won't get your money back!
