I got in contact with Jacque back in 2018 & haven't looked back since! I attend a PT session each week & was provided with an eating plan, exercises to do at home & monthly challenges to work towards. In 2019 I decided to run my first 10k - I had no running experience whatsoever & Jacque helped train & motivate me each week. Since training with Jacque, I've seen such a huge change in my fitness level & shape. She really does have such a positive attitude & makes training fun! If you put the effort in, you'll see the results too! Highly recommend!!

I have been training with this fabulous lady for 6 years, and without her I would not feel as strong and confident as I do.  Always there with advice from nutrition to lifting to physio and even mind set, she is the whole package!  When I am lacking in motivation and self belief, she is always there to pull it back to the surface.  Cannot recommended Jacque enough.
