Over 20 types of natural therapies to improve or maintain health and specialising in stress management, injury rehabilitation and pain management. Wheelchair user accessible, 6 treatment rooms and full time reception staff who are happy to help!

We are a private clinic and a GP referral is not necessary.
With over 25 staff, we can usually offer appointments at short notice.

I have just had an amazing Swedish massage with Jennifer who was absolutely wonderful.  I had a troublesome shoulder which she managed to really improve.  I was very impressed with her obvious skill and ability. I will be booking another massage in the very near future.

Just returned after a Swedish massage with Jennifer. I cannot express how unbelievable it was. I went with my neck and shoulders feeling like they were in a vice, and already I can feel that tension has gone. My partner also had a remedial massage and was equally impressed on how it felt afterwards. All staff are friendly and professional, would highly recommend

Had my first Indian head massage with Claire. What a great experience. It was extremely relaxing and by the end I felt quite rejuvenated. I have had some reoccurring pain in my neck which I can tell already is definitely improving. I will definitely book another session with Claire.

A week of Covid left me with a terribly stiff neck and constant headache. I spoke to Mia at reception and she found a half hour slot for an Indian Head Massage with Claire. It was just what I needed. Excellent service as always from reception and a fabulous massage from Claire. Thank you both.

Went for a remedial 1 hour massage and it was ace. Staff are professional and very nice, not to mention the masseur knew his stuff and knew what he was doing. I went in with a shoulder/neck problem and feel much better post session. Thank you guys.

Mia, on reception, is a wonderful asset to BMT and is extremely knowledgeable in all treatments. Today I received Acupuncture from Tina, subsequent to an extremely thorough consultation to ensure I was receiving the best possible treatment for my needs. Tina is a highly-skilled professional in the field of Acupuncture and is very passionate about her work. Needless to say she delivered an exceptional treatment and I left feeling on top of the world. If you are considering natural therapy treatments, this is definitely the place to start as they are experts in guiding you to the best treatments to suit you and are a wonderfully welcoming team.

Maria, is one of the best physio's I've seen in a long time, with a background in sports rehab, Maria has really helped me with pain management and post treatment for a frozen shoulder.  Highly recommend.

Always get fantastic service here but I've recently started receiving acupuncture and couldn't recommend it enough - I've gone from two migraines a week to one in the last two months, and it's significantly helped my joint pains too.

I saw Callum about a knee issue and within an hour, he'd made an enormous difference to the level of pain and stiffness I was experiencing. He listened to me, explained every process and put me at ease.
