I have bought several things from this shop from ornaments, cushions to pieces of furniture and love them all. The designs are always simple, minimal and beautiful. I recently bought the Modena sofa with resting unit in the Black Friday sale and received excellent service from Eilidh Hunter. Prior to my visit to order the sofa, she had spent a lot of time helping me, such as sending out tons of fabric samples and creating computer generated images of the sofa in my own living room to give me a better idea of how it would look. My sofa was delivered on the date agreed and I liked the fact it was delivered by Bo Concept staff, not a sub contracted delivery company that don’t know anything about the products. The new shop is fabulous and a luxury retail experience. I was given a fabulous goodie bag too. Jenny, Cambuslang.
New store just opened and is modelled on the latest Scandinavian design. It's light, open and really had the shape to show off the pieces and rooms that are on display Furniture is super cool and the lifetime guarantee is something that you don't get everywhere else. The designers really do take the time to get to know what you want and the assembly and delivery team are amazing.
BoConcept Glasgow were fantastic I was introduced to Jessica a design consultant through Bauen Kitchen Design to help with my open plan living project. Jessica visited the house to see the layout and take measurements. it was lovely to see how the sofas would look. In the showroom i was guided with choosing colours and fabrics for 2 large sofas . Delivery was perfect and on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica for her design skills and all the girls at BoConcept Glasgow who all made me feel very welcome. I ordered a sofa from BoConcept Glasgow and when it arrived wanted to flip it so that the chaise end was on the other side of the sofa. This was done with no problem and the new sofa was just delivered this week, which I am super pleased with. The quality is excellent and it looks great in my living room. The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful, ensured the sofa was exactly where I wanted it and even helped move some other furniture to line up with the new position. They cleaned up everything afterwards too. I would definitely recommend this store.
Eilidh did the interior design of my flat and I really appreciated her insight and skills. She was able to provide many different options for us and did her best to adjust our designs to fit our budget. She even responded and took care of my orders personally on the days that she was off, out of all the furniture companies that i've been in contact with she has been the most responsive and helpful, i felt really safe leaving my flat in her hands! On the days where she wasn't in Caroline has also been incredibly helpful - thank you!!
Had researched several places and looked at other high end furniture suppliers before visiting BoConcept in Glasgow. Was super fortunate to come across Ava whose knowledge and patience finally led me to choosing pieces/colours that I know will be perfect. A super friendly service, would highly recommend no pressure and plenty of time given to get it right. Thank you Ava
Good experience from start to finish. Very good knowledgeable designer helped to define our plans and advised on options over a number of meetings. Delivery was painless, with staff installing all the furniture and advising on aftercare.
We love our two new sofas. We spent a lot of time in the shop finding the right ones and Jennifer was incredibly helpful and patient!
We have just ordered furniture from Bo Concept in Glasgow and are delighted with the service we have received so far. Ashley spent a great deal of time with us over a few months, until we were completely happy with our final choices. We have never worked with an interior designer before but we needn't have worried - she encouraged us to develop our own ideas but made them even better, with her strong knowledge of the fabrics, colour matches and products available. She has assured us of support in the future when we go.on to choose curtains and soft furnishings. This is rare and very impressive!
