Wonderful customer service from Ilsa the manager, I felt really good. Breakfast ordered for was very tasty and delicious. Had to ask for the chefs name. Chef Joyce was spot-on
Do not order the vegan breakfast roll. It is disappointment in a roll. A smear of avocado, the courgette is not grilled at all and is minimal. All served on a bulky roll. Vegetarian options: Terrible
Nice pizza. Good efficient service . Given free activity pack for toddler with crayon which is what he wanted so very handy Kid-friendliness: Provided activity pack which was very handy for his crayons
July 1st, early morning, bacon roll ordered & fortunately plane delayed as took 20 minutes to arrive, cold, so took it back for refund. Apparently there was only one chef, hence delay. It is understood & accepted only one chef will delay food, but how long does it wait to be served? "The Manageress" informed me she was not taking the conversation any further, she really could not care, a refund was given. This is the first food stop after security, prime site, overpriced, appalling service - walk on by.
Says it closes after last flight. Tried to order 3 hours before at 18.30 and said kitchen is closed! Don’t bother!
Breakfast visit. Told to order online if paying by card. Online availability does not match what is in stock. Rather than being upfront about this, staff left us without part of our order until we queried it. Food was okay but coffee flat white was poor.
Not the best: The actual No Bull burger patty was nice, and the chips were well cooked, but the basil topping on them was clumped into tasteless green chalk, and the vegetables on the burger were an unappealing combination of limp and tough. Scraping them off improved things. Food came quickly.
Portion could be larger but the taste is very good!
Very poor table management. Perhaps you could organise your eating area better? Put time limits on tables? I understand that there were a lot of delays but with a little bit of proper management you could have increased your income and had happy families.
This restaurant has changed terrible service I was here three years ago and it was amazing better staff and managers. Manager with blue hair is stupid and rude with staff another manager is just sitting very lazy I don't recommend this restaurant
