I used to bring my shoes here all the time years ago and the service, quality and price were always perfect. I haven’t needed any shoe repairs recently but I did need a new watch battery - the service, quality, and price are still perfect. 10/10 would recommend for shoes and watches - and if I had any key related needs I would probably go here also!
Very quick and efficient. I rang at the last minute, just before closing time. Martin fitted me in the same day I went down and he fixed my heel on the spot. Martin also sprayed my heels so they looked brand new again which saved me for having to buy brand new. High recommend bobs shoes. Thanks again

Went to bobs heel bar for a new hole making in my belt after numerous other places told me they couldn’t do the type of hole I needed. I was in and out within 5 minutes he was very quick and helpful. Thank you again!
So good to have such an excellent shoe repairer locally. Took a shoe today that was coming apart. Fixed it for me there and then and refused to charge me. Have been taking shoes for years and always done a good job at a sensible price. Highly recommend this shop.
Brilliant!! Thought he was gonna say that these Chelsea boots had had it, but he managed to rescue them for me, didnt even realise that the soles had split as well as the heels, plus they were un even - so he levelled them out for me, made them stronger by putting a thicker reinforced sole & heel on, hopefully lasting me longer, not bad to say I've had these boots 4years, but I love them! Will defo be going back, top service and he's a local guy, DEFO going back!
Such a friendly guy. Excellent repair soling & heeling reasonably priced and done same day. I won't be using anywhere else for repairs in future
