Excellent products, got my make-up done for an event by Kimberley. Incredibly impressed with her wealth of knowledge, and the transformation she did for me! Got so many compliments, wouldn't go to anybody else now!
Great products that I have been using for many years, dissappointed on Monday 15th August 2022 around 11.45 am...I wanted to buy my favourite lipstick pink buff, assistant was with a customer, applying makeup but saw me waiting, she did acknowledge me briefly and I said I quickly just wanted to purchase a lipstick,said I would need to wait, unfortunately I was pressed for time, nice if she might have offered to have another colleague put that through the till for me, I subsequently went to charlotte tilbury and had amazing service, won't be returning to bobbi brown counter again
Great make up, unfortunately nobody to ask advice.
