Sunday evening at 6pm, key gets stuck in my lock and won’t budge. Called Jamie at Bob’s Locks who answered within two rings. Explained the problem and he gave me a very detailed description of a couple of things to try first before arranging a call out. His advice worked and I was able to rectify the problem. Felt compelled to leave a 5* review because this is simply brilliant service. Quick response and great advice that worked. First time I’ve contacted Bob’s Locks, and definitely won’t hesitate to use them again.
Problems with my door locking mechanisms were no problem to them. Temporary emergency treatment allowed access followed up with replacement parts fitted the following day. Thanks Jamie and team

What a friendly team & excellent customer service. Dropped in with a BMW Motorbike Top-box requiring a barrel replacement, this is not a job the team had never worked on. However we’re more than happy to have a go, unfortunately they did not manage to change out the barrel they did prepare the new barrel with my key and on return of the top-box thanked me for the opportunity learn and did not charge me for the work completed on the new barrel and key. Called the guys in the morning, they arranged to come between 12 and 1pm same day to fix my lock , arrived at 1pm , rapid fix , extremely helpful, polite and explained everything he was doing. Went in later to get an extra key , got a free one did come with 2 keys with new lock Extremely friendly guys and would highly recommend them Thanks guys
Had an emergency, my elderly mother's front door wouldn't lock and she was panicking. Called Bob's Locks and he turned up exactly when he said he would, fixed the issue in minutes. Very helpful and cheery. They had been recommended to me and didn't. disapoint. Thanks a million!
Wonderful service. We [my wife!] locked us out despite "checking" she had her keys [!] At 6.30 on a Friday evening I called Bob's and he came within 20 minutes, sorted the problem in minutes and was very friendly, cheerful and understanding. Friendly team, good advice and quote via phone / email. Home service in Auchterarder. Called on way to job, arrived on time, job completed well and area left tidy. Fitted new dead lock to front door to bring property up to security standards. Happily recommend this business and use this service in the future.
When I contacted Bob's Locks and explained I had a problem with patio doors not locking the chap who answered said he would call back and give me a time for someone to call. He called back within 5 minutes and Bob arrived within 30 minutes. He fixed the doors, which were misaligned , within a short time. He also had a look at all of my external doors and offered free advice on extra security The quote was very reasonable and I was also given a pensioner's discount. Brilliant service!
