Bought a Fiat 500 pop star a few months ago, which was in immaculate condition with really low mileage, I’m extremely happy with it. After a few weeks I noticed a slight issue so made contact to see if they would look at it and they were so happy to help and booked it in straight away. They changed a part into he car at no cost to me and I have had no trouble since. All the staff were really welcoming, helpful and friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. I can’t recommend them enough and would definitely buy another car from them in the future.
Found a Vauxhall Astra which was nice and to my needs, after driving back home the car cut out when slowing down rang the dealership they said to drive the car back up when I told them it’s cutting out there response was “ it’s your car so you drive it up” eventually they picked it up and said they would fix it they had the car for a week and supplied me with a courtesy car which they couldn’t even give me that as a road worthy car. They rang me after a week saying the car was fixed so picked it up and the same problem happened with my 3 year old son in the car this time!!! Anything could’ve happened once they got the money they don’t car so gave the car back! Absolute shambles don’t touch this company.
Recently bought my new car from this dealer and was really pleased with the whole process from start to finish. They were polite and courteous when I spoke with them on the phone, offered me a good part ex price for my vehicle, and sorted out the finance for me. It was quick and hassle free, and I'd be happy to recommend them.
Bought a car from here last December, turned out the car wasn't suitable for me , but fortunately bob davies car sales worked with me to source another car quickly and got me straight into the car I wanted and dealt with the finance side of things pretty quickly too.. Hassle free experience on part exchanging my car for the Ford focus I chose. Very acceptable part ex price offered for mine bit of haggling obviously, focus came with new MOT fully valeted and a warranty. I'm totally satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend 'The car island ' and Bob Davies Car Sales to others.
Really good experience, was allowed to browse and try out what ever I wanted with no pushy salesman. Found a Nissan Qashqai with relatively low milage and good price compared to other garages that I visited. Paul and Craig were lovely Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Bought my vehicle 6 months ago from here. After a couple of weeks the brakes started making a loud squealing noise even though nothing had been picked up in the inspection from the garage prior to collection. Arranged for my vehicle to go in and be looked at to sort this issue. 45 minutes after dropping my vehicle for inspection and repair I had a phone call stating the vehicle was ready to be collected and the work was done. Went and collected my vehicle which had new brake pads and a handbrake adjustment....got into the vehicle and there was a screw driver on my seat and the casing to my handbrake. A random sales person came out re clipped the casing and said all was fine. Drove my vehicle home put it on my drive. Within half hour my neighbours had knocked to state my handbrake had failed, rolled down my drive and crashed through my neighbours garden wall. I spoke to the garage who were unwilling to help unless I drove the vehicle 40 minutes to them although I had stated the car would not start! I have had to go through my insurance at my own cost as the garage are denying all liability! Do not allow this garage to do work on your vehicle! They have also refused my request for a refund for the vehicle and have messed me around since August with their unprofessional legal team!
Fantastic place to buy a car from really helpful and pleasent staff. I messaged about the car i wanted and the next day the car was ready for me to collect they'd sorted the finance out and kept me informed throughout the process i would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone looking for a car 10/10
Absolutely brilliant, bout a polo from here just before Christmas and have had zero problem since. No sales tactics used on me when buying the car as well as no pressure put on me to buy the car. Would 100% buy from here again and encourage other people to.
Fab experience from start to finish. Viewed a car on their website drove from Leicester East Mids to view, purchased and drove the car home that day. Great service from Craig and the team.
