Boarshurst added a double dormer to our 3 bed semi. We are very happy with it - they maximised the head height and space in the room and presented us with intelligent solutions and options such as fire doors (we love the solidity of these) or smoke detectors in every room. Also had them back to add patio door, remove chimney and lay oak flooring.

This was a waste of money as the room is far too small to be classed as a double bedroom. clever photography makes it look alot better than it actually is... not worth the investment!
