OK, so an honest review of a total house rewire with images. The work is not 5* standard and I ended up having to have a formal meeting with the owner at the end of the work, to try to resolve the issues we had for future customers. Even post poor work door frame slipped and a wall totally cracked back to the brick work, I asked for processes to be changed and evidence. No communication has been received since. I can provide all doorbell footage/ emails / images etc if people need it to support this review. Timeframes provided are not accurate. Work is undertaken by hammer drills and chisels. No dust sheets are used, and we are still clearing up the rubble/ rubbish that was "hidden" under the carpets. The impacts have been great financially on us to tidy up this work undertaken replacement router/ tv etc from dust damage. All the finishing work including cleaning up rubble, removing wires from where they had fallen down the toilet, mortar and plaster work needs to be undertaken by the customer. I would not advise using this company. They have been reported to their regulators and are no longer listing themselves on check-a-trade. Use at your own risk. I have tried to help them improve, but the owner is uninterested.
BN Electrical Services are a trustworthy and reliable local company for all round electrical needs. They quote competitively and are able to rectify any issues that may go wrong. BN Electrics are my go-to company. A special shout out to Sam, Brett and all their team for a polite, courteous and efficient service!
