Had excellent service with Shirin and Paul today! Made an extra special effort to make sure I was dealt with quickly and efficiently as I'm a key worker and needed the car back same day. Thank you very much to the whole team! All very socially distanced as well which was great.

Speedy service of my car in less than 24 hours! Impressed with friendly staff who take COVID very seriously at this service centre wiping down everything. Grant is very knowledgeable and efficient! Can't ask for anything more!

Just wanted to say how easy and fast the service was today at BMW Battersea. I was welcomed by Shirin who was helped me with my service plan so I have a peace of mind for future servicing. I will definitely recommend Shirin as he was friendly and professional.

Great first impression with PPE precautions. Was greeted by Shirin who was very freindly. Abby then looked after the vehicle and gave great advice. Great team work. Will return back here in the future.
