Extremely well organised. Very caring and all staff are pleasant friendly and professional. They all help to alleviate anxiety and answer queries putting one at ease.I have been extremely impressed with the Hospital cleanliness throughout and the freshness of the food provided. Throughout my two day stay for gynaecological surgery I was treated with great courtesy, professionalism and kindness by everyone involved throughout. I make special mention of everyone working on St.Clare’s Ward, medical and otherwise - a lovely, caring and supportive team.
A two day stay for a replacement hip was as smooth as it could have been. ALL the nursing staff were terrific. They showed patience and understanding as well as being fun.
