HOspital is fine but a nightmare to get through to, firstly they have an incredibly endlessly long message to listen to before you even get on the main menu and then when you book with a doctor in demand they have no lists for emergency cancellations. In this day and age of computers it is not the most difficult thing to do especially when there is a long wait for a doctor and it is a marathon to get through to the outpatients booking. I therefore try not to use this hospital. There are lots of others nearby, like spire bushey or moving little closer to london the choice is endless.

Terrible telephone service. 16 minutes to book appointment and put thru' to an extension that did not answer. Held to ransom whilst BMI plays an advert approximately 3 minutes. To book an appointment should take a few minutes. When being asked which department is wanted it is difficult to ascertain which department will deal with the particular problem. Difficult to speak to anyone because of largely automated system. Perhaps the management could phone the hospital posing as a patient to see/understand the problem. Medical service VG

Used them for my immunisations for travel, very expensive but good service. Didn't drive so can't comment on parking but believe it is very limited from what i saw. Nearby and surrounding streets are all controlled zones and patrolled by wardens.

Pros - seen very quickly and little or no waiting between procedures. Cons - not helpful with the actual treatment. Consultant unclear of diagnoses and in the end went back to a better (albeit slower) service with nhs. Very money oriented and expensive for mediocre service. Don't bother with physio, pay for 30 min sessions but they're more like 17mins of treatment, again went to another physio. Overall a very costly mistake....quickly in and out and a few thousand of pounds worse off

Good service but then again I'm used to NHS so in comparison this was much better.
