I’ve been using this garage for 7 years +. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else if you have a BMW or a Mini. My Engine chain snapped and they had it back on the road with in 2 days driving better than before at a great price. More recently a couple months back they changed my electric folding wind mirrors again great job done in around 40 mins of arriving. They also gave me and my dad free samosas, customer service and expertise is next to none. I now currently live Watford and if something goes wrong with my car, I still make the journey back to this garage. We’ll trusted JordanService: Body & Trim
Had a rear suspension problem with my X5, right from the first call Chris was extremely helpful and put my mind at complete ease. I was informed about the whole process thoroughly by the owner of the garage and service was fantastic throughout. Would highly recommend and be using again.

My X3 broke down. I went to a few specialist garages who couldn't recognise the problem. I went to AG Auto who found the problem and fixed it straight away. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Especially jag.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
It’s not often you can go to a garage and they don’t try to overcharge you ! However called this establishment for a air conditioning pump , which I was quoted by Bmw £1200, I popped into the garage , and was met by Jag, who went out of his way, to check my one in the car, to ensure he was giving me the right part..knowing that I was in desperate need, mini heatwave pending lol Luckily for me he found the part, and when asked the price, he said £90, which I was quoted 2 weeks ago, by this garage, so did not charge me a penny over, honestly and integrity is key, and this garage was great. They do all servicing , repair work, and they don’t B S you, I’m extremely reluctant to use garages that not known to me, but this garage now , is the one I will be visiting for sure , for all servicing , repairs, parts ! Thanks to jags and chris for the amazing service over the years to keep my old BMW E46 and now my BMW E92 330I M sport fully serviced. Jags and the guys do an amazing job, very friendly explain everything that your car requires when it is in the workshop, nothing is too much trouble for these guys if you have a BMW, Mercedes etc these guys have the knowledge and the skills to keep your car on the road.
Good place to buy new or used parts for all bmw models. Also staff and management are always willing to help solve the customers problem.
Excellent BMW Specialists, had numerous problems with my BMW E60 with N47 2007 engine, which needed a rebuild, wasn't cheap but car runs beautifully, excellent after sales service. Jag and Chris are experts in their field, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. These guys are extremely busy, so customer service isn't great, but they're busy for a good reason, any BMW owner in the area bring their cars here to be looked at. They can take a while to fix your car as they have limited ramps and they want to do a proper job which takes time. Easier to email them than phone for communication.
Great place, knowledgeable staff, competitively priced work, very happy with my work will definitely recommend!!!
