I had an issue with a tap that was only18 months old, Blue Water gave excellent customer service, during the pandemic lock down period ,to resolve the issue with the tap supplier. I would thoroughly recommend them for buying a bathroom suit but also for their after care if it were to be required.

Good sales talk .. messed us around on installation changing dates. Finished bathroom was good but small issues with some of the finishing. Biggest issue is the lack of responsiveness when a problem was pointed out once the work was finished. Planning on replacing the kitchen. But won't be going back
