My experience was rather positive. Spoke to Chris Parker for a business fleet insurance this morning. Over £1k cheaper than the other quotes for the same policy with Aviva so I am very happy. From the min I spoke to Chris to the quote and card payment all were done within minutes and received all documents couple of hours later. I am very impressed with their speed and efficiency.
The company is awful. I ended up having to chase this firm for over a week to confirm my insurance was live after I paid the renewal money. Their entire attitude, especially from their 'Renewals Advisor', Ben, was rude, non responsive and flippant. The worst part was not being given your documents or knowing if your house was protected for over a week. There are other insurance brokers who are polite and will look after you and are cheaper Avoid this company
Started off fine the previous year working with Jade. Recently, got an email saying that my policy I purchased was no longer offered. I responded with information to see if there was another policy. No response. Followed up twice with a Ben in their office. No response. Poor customer service.
I have been with Bluedrop since last November I have found their administration poor. Policy is administered F from an office in Lancashire. Problems include misleading policy information, vehicles showing as uninsured, dishonesty and refusal to deal with misselling mis information. When raised senior members of staff ranged From dismissive to plain obnoxious. I may be unlucky but I don't believe the reviews posted here or on their other Google review link. Their are better brokers in the world.
