Simply nowhere near as good as it used to be. To be fair, My son's meal was massive and he enjoyed what he ate. My breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary like it used to be. The ice cream bit is good though. Overall, its clean, well looked after and an OK place to be. Sitting inside or out can be difficult at peak times or in the summer as it gets packed. The toilet is not especially good and is sort of outside out the back. The bonus is location. There are better places to eat but they aren't on the seafront like the bluebird.

One of the girls was so rude! Tidying tables before you were finished and sweeping under the table,even tho there was nothing there! Didn't say anything at all to us no excuse me or sorry nothing at all.. don't think we will be visiting again for some time! The song says 'lady in red' she was not a lady! Yes,I'm upset about it!!

Clean with friendly service! Good traditional cafe. Lovely spot to sit out on a nice day like today.

Classic sea side breakfast. I love how it hasn't really changed much over the years. Going here with my dad always brings back childhood memories.

Been going to bluebird for over 40 years the food gets better all the time. The staff are lovely and polite but not hovering and in your face.lovely cafe winter and summer. Keep up the good work.
