We stayed in shoreline. A compact apartment for two people.  The conservatory  and patio area were perfect for our two dogs. Everything you could want was available and the laundry room was a real bonus. Just a short walk from the beach and lots of take away and shops just a few yards away. A nice pub serving meals across the road. Lots to visit around Torbay.  Altogether wonderful.

Where to start??? Beautiful property, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly need is there. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cosy living area, and the property is so close to the beach in one direction and to the local shops in the other direction. Gill the owner was charming and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend, we will definitely book again

Blue Waters Holiday Apartment location is really convenient for tourist and travellers like me. It's clean and secured. Our stay was relaxing since they booked us in a nice room. The beach is just few meters away for our morning or afternoon walks. The restos, the shopping malls, entertainment places, and the Surfer's Paradise were few minutes drive. Blue Waters is the right place to stay in Labrador.

So lovely that we have booked for next year and booked for my dad to visit later this year within days of being here!  Blue Waters is the ideal location for both families and couples - 2 minutes walk from Goodrington‘s Sandy beach and only another 10 minutes walk to other more secluded beaches - we stayed in Beau Rivage which is ideal for families - and has some fabulous views over Goodrington Beach.  Gill has made some fantastic improvements to the apartments, and the little extras such as fresh flowers, tea and coffee and milk and doughnuts so we could have a cuppa and sugar fix as soon as we arrived were an unexpected but much appreciated surprise!! Our apartment was spotless and with a plentiful supply of anti-bac cleaner, hand wash and hand gel Gill is definitely on top of keeping the apartments and holiday makers safe during these times We are looking forward to our next visit already kids said it’s the best holiday ever!  perfect location, perfect accommodation, well done Gill - we couldn’t have asked for anything more and we’ll see you next year !!

The photos and reviews are from the original owner. The new owner just seems to want the money and doesn't care about the state of the apartments. The apartment debbie and Gail stayed in hadn't been cleaned since don't know when. The cleaners was supposed  to come back on Sunday but didn't so the new owner had to come and clean it on Monday then asked if she was cleaning properly. Cob webs and thick dust every where. A rusty toaster and a broken bin with old food left in. Debbie and gail hasn't had a reply to there review. I used to enjoy staying there but I wouldn't stay there since it was taken over. 2 stars for the beautiful location.

Firstly, the situation is perfect for someone with a bus pass!  Gorgeous beach a short walk away.  The caravan had short comings even despite its age.  I would visit again if the wonky loo is repaired.  The whole property was sold while I was there and it remains to be seen if it stays as holiday accommodation.

Thank you Blue Waters for a fabulous holiday, our apartment was ideal for my wife and I and nothing was too much trouble in terms of ensuring we made the most of such an amazing location. Home from home comes to mind very much looking to return, in fact in conversation with other guests i was not surprised to meet one couple who have returned to this Devon gem every year for the last 25 years! What a holiday. We the whole family have enjoyed every second of our month there and look forward to our next visit next year. Despite some building work for the wonderful upgrades Gill is doing we have very minimal disturbance. The internet was sorted.Gill tried very hard to make sure everyone was happy and warm. I was taken I'll when I was due to come home and Gill kindly let us stay on.The builders had been arranged to really start work but they were very considerate to our situation. How many land ladies would let us kindly stay on. Gill even tried to persuade me to stay another night which was so kind.I think those who had a disappointing holiday should go back next year as I have seen what is going in some of the flats and wow  thanks against GILL for you care consideration and care.xxxmargaret.

Great place to stay. A stones throw to Goodrington Beach. A little known gem of place. Beach also has a pub on it, along with an amusement arcade.

Stayed in January and found it warm and comfortable. Well-equipped and close to the sea this is to be highly recommended.
