Just got back from an awesome trip with Blue Shark with all of us catching mackerel and some of us getting some pollock too! The guys on the boat were awesome. Friendly and really knowledgeable about the fish and dealing with them in human and conscientious ways.nnHighly recommend the 3 hour sea fishing. The board goes from the old RNLI ramp which is really easy to find. There's free parking bays on the road leading to the launch area. They weren't very full when we arrived at 8am but by 11.30 they were full and cars had to park in the overflow field I believe for a fee.
We decided to book a mackerel fishing trip as neither of us had tried it before and thought it would be more interesting than just sitting on a boat. It was our favourite part of our holiday. Ian and Cameron were brilliant at showing us how to fish as we had never done it before. Within half an hour we were catching mackerel! The weather was beautiful, and we were well looked after. We both said we would do this again! Highly recommend! Thank you
We had a great time on the Mackerel fishing trip and came home with plenty for our tea! Ian and Cameron were brilliant hosts and if we had longer in Wales we would be booking another excursion as we really enjoyed it.
Amazing trip, pulled in lots of mackerel and sizeable pollock, largely thanks to the expertise of Patrick and Chris, both of whom were absolutely fantastic!
We had a fantastic 3 hour fishing trip! Ian and Cameron were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, which meant we found lots of fish! They stopped briefly on the way out to show us some porpoises in their breeding grounds which was brilliant. They were really great with the children. We caught mackerel, huge pollock and a Coal fish. They even de-headed, gutted and rinsed the fish for us onboard on the way back which made taking them home and cooking them really easy they were on the table within an hour and a half!
