Wayne has always been able to give us a hand with any issues we have had in and around the apartment. He has been in the past couple of days carrying out some booked in work in our apartment and has done a great job with the work as well as giving me some pointers and tips for decorating work I am carrying out myself!
Very poor! More interested in financial gain and intimidating with threats of further costs, than providing a positive customer experience, potential customers avoid, charged £55 for arrears when infact i had not received an initail invoice request. Payment was paid due to having nothing requesting payment. I only knew when I received a invoice with charges. Payment for service charges was paid immediately in full. On raising question for charges is when I learned they claimed to have sent an invoice. I explained I had not received one, it was not a case of not wanting or willing to pay - they stood by charge and threatened addiontial charges. Not the actions of a person not wanting or willing to pay. On explaining i had not received invoice, they still demanded monies - even though they could provide no evidence to show they had posted. Nor could they provide evidence of email - even though they had my email address. Historically i had to chase them in order to make payments which incurred me costs resending paperwork they had already been sent by email via my solicitor. Evidence provided to prove. Poor service and no customer experience. My neighbours report similar experiences. So avoid at all costs. Move your business else where. If you want to have a good reputation.
Don't recommend at all. takes weeks to even respond to one email - and then its a waiting game again. Yet so quick to send letters for my yearly landscaping and maintenance bill that every house receives on the development. May I add - They have never touched the weeds/stones on the communal area at the side of my house - which is not my responsibility - and when they've said the company have been out on a certain day in the past. My CCTV shows otherwise - and no work carried out It is infact my neighbours that maintain the upkeep so it doesn't look like a jungle at the front of our street. Yet we HAVE to pay it. Where they get their annual figures and expenditure from is beyond me. HIGHLY AVOID BUYING A HOUSE WITH THEM BEING ATTACHED TO THE PROPERTY
Absolute joke of company, not professional at all. They send threatening letters to people who can't afford a one lump sum payment and refuse to offer any help by allowing monthly payments. The areas they are supposed to be looking after are really overgrown and full of weeds. Over £16,000 a year to cut a few green spaces that are not even looked after. This company seriously needs investigating!!!
Had a really great customer experience with this company - highly recommend. My advisor was Jodie and she was amazing. From start to finish with my property she answered all my questions, pointing me in exactly the right direction . She was really helpful and polite and I felt like she really cared . It’s so reassuring to know that there are companies with professional staff out there who know what they are doing and can provide you with excellent service . Thanks Jodie we really appreciate you and will recommend this company to friends.
Inefficient, money-grabbing company. Devoid of professionalism and common courtesy. The directors of our development appointed these people and all I see on line are complaints about them. Threatening emails when mistakes are pointed out, which happens frequently, in their accounts department. Months for repairs, etc. I could go on.. I just hope that whenever their contract runs out, that the directors source a more reliable company. They're bad for my blood pressure. What are we paying for?
Pay for Maintenance bill goes up every year threats of fines if bills queried and the actual service isn't carried out, fob offs, generic emails and ignored. Company is a joke nothing but issues. Our once beautiful estate before these took over is now a complete state ! Clearly they pocket the money and send them out to do a half hearted joke of a job once in a while. A few select pictures from over hundreds I have. SHAM !!
Wayne has been brilliant! Came and sorted my door out, was great. Knew what he was doing, was able to have a laugh and natter with too. Got all the issues fixed and it looking good. Abi was also great at helping get it all booked in, and always friendly
Wayne has been to the property we rent on several occasions and has sorted problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. The property really needs an overhaul so Wayne is working within those bounds which he does really well and with great humour. Thanks Wayne, we appreciate all you’ve done.
Again blue property management company have delivered another poor job, a company that over charge and and have the cheek to request arrears payment from back in 2019/20 we are in July/August 2021, also charge for 2020 and say they delivered a full service whilst under covid restrictions. I have just returned from a few days away to find grass cuttings dumped under the bushes at the side of my property, we have told them not to do this on several occasion's as surely my management fee pays for this to be taken away. When they do forget about this piece of land i have cut this myself and put the cuttings in my brown bin, poor service & company.
