I had my nipples pierced by Nici today and could not have hoped for a better experience! Got my nose pierced here a couple of weeks ago. Went out my way to go to Lotus, as they did my last piercing in 2015 and that went so well.  The setup and customer service are great.  Their space and people are so welcoming. Tattoo and piercing shops can often be intimidating places for those new to it or with only a few, but I felt very comfortable and my partner who came along, and had never been to a piercing studio before, was surprised by how much he enjoyed being there.  As someone with experience of healthcare and working in high risk environments, I really appreciate a logical functioning room layout and procedure routine. The littlest things that help avoid mishaps are so important when people are trusting you with their bodies. The room in Blue Lotus where I had my nose pierced was spot on. Lots of space around the client, with the ability to lie them down regardless of where the piercing will be. It was organised, uncluttered, and clean.  The customer service was so friendly and reassuring. My piercist, Christy, involved me in the process, talked me through everything clearly and in plain English, both the aftercare and the procedure. During the piercing she communicated brilliantly, telling me what she was doing as she went.  I also really appreciated that nobody did a pushy upsell on jewellery. I just wanted the plain jewellery until I got used to my piercing and knew what I wanted better. Because they weren't pushy and I trust their quality, I will buy my new jewellery from Blue Lotus when I know what I want.  So big thanks to Christy and team!

This is the most fun I’ve ever had getting a piercing! Nikki is AMAZING. I’m super picky,  and she took the time to listen to what I wanted , & because of that my ear piercings are perfectly spaced and look beautiful. Amazing staff they made me feel at home as soon as I walked in  so well organised and it was spotless too and very hygienic conditions for piercings. Huge range of piercing jewellery it's almost impossible to choose they're all so nice. Can't recommend enough

Disclaimer that I haven't been pierced here. Every time I've been in for advice or jewellery change they are always warm, helpful and friendly. They clearly love what they do and go above and beyond.

I had my nose pierced by Christy today and couldn’t recommend the service enough! The studio decor is stunning and the staff are all so friendly and helpful! The entire piercing and aftercare process was explained in depth and Christy did everything to make sure I was happy and comfortable with the process.
