Bought two vivariums from them came quickly and the snakes love them no problems with delivery was quick to ship and dispach order placed over phone no problems will definitely recommend these for all your reptile needs
Awful service, initially delayed the order and failed to deliver, didn't communicate, didn't respond to emails, never even confirmed payment or order status. The online system has no way of tracking orders and they don't respond to emails. Eventually got a call a week and a half after placing the order and they literally couldn't care less. Promised to send the order out that day and it never arrived, never had an update and had to chase twice and call to find out why. They then blamed parcel force. Regardless of where the order went there were no emails, no order confirmation, no responses, very late dispatch and utterly horrendous customer service. For the minor savings it isn't worth it. Buy elsewhere.
Firstly, I have a couple reptile shops a lot nearer me but do the 30 minute drive to here which is a testament to how good this shop is. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring and beyond helpful. Regardless of difficulty of question or number of they are happy to help and explain. I can't express how grateful I am for them when I acquired my first snake, all their help and advice is amazing. Not once have they tried to simply "sell me something". They present all options along with the pros and cons of any choices. Recently I suspected my Hognose had mites, so I spoke to them and explained the situation and factors, they offered me 3 different options for medication and the advantages of each, and gave me a few suggestions of alternatives to the issue that made me suspect mites and to try them as well to ensure my Hoggle was "living his best life". I would 100% recommend them to anyone with a reptile/snake/tortoise. Only complaint I have, as previously mentioned I wish they were closer lol
I ordered frozen mice online, the whole experience was fast and pleasant, will be using again
Called a fees days after ordering for an update to be told that supplier had sent wrong item to them, this delay was never communicated to me. Was told they would send dispatch email night before delivery. Called today to get told it's been sent and no explanation when I asked why I had no dispatch email and she said she couldn't provide me with a tracking number. Lady on phone couldn't care less, This is now exactly a week later and no item.and no tracking number for it supposedly being sent Was my first purchase from this site and will d be my last.
Good product, friendly customer service, delivery needs work. I put in an order for frozen rats, 9 days later I called to chase up as I had heard nothing, spoke to ver friendly lady who asked what delivered very day would be best for me, we agreed on the Thursday a few days later. I waited in until mid afternoon on the Thursday when I received an email saying that they had just been dispatched and would take up to 3 days. They finally arrived Saturday, having spent 2 days travelling they had completely defrosted, but still cool, so I refroze and they seem fine.
The most incompetent online retailers I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Two months for my order to be dispatched and most of it was missing when it did arrive. Customer service take a week to respond, if they bother at all. Also, what did arrive was damaged! WORST COMPANY
Regularly pop in to buy live food for our bearded dragon. They get a bug delivery everyday and they always last well. Staff are happy to give advice. Also stock a wide range products, if something isn't in stock it usually just takes a couple of days to come in. Before Covid staff were happy to let my son hold a variety of the animals.
Bought approx £60 of turtle food stock that said 'IN STOCK' at the time, the only reason I used this shop is because they falsely listed they had lots in stock whereas other shops had only one or two. Didn't hear a thing for a week and a half, no dispatch email, no apology email. Just nothing. Had to ring up and ask where it is/what's going on and they told me it didn't arrive in their latest delivery. They said they would contact me next day with an update. 5 days later and still nothing, I've sent an email yesterday afternoon with the subject refund as I've had enough of waiting and no reply. I've rang 3 times now about it and keep getting cut off with no answer. At this point I just want my money back. EDIT: FILED A PAYPAL REFUND AND IT WAS REFUNDED BY THE SELLER WITHIN 24H. Going forward I'd recommend you keep more track of your real stock levels if you're going to have a site that indicates what's in stock and what isn't.
Great products and very speedy service. All my order was delivered swiftly and in my case still perfectly frozen. I will definitely be doing business with them again. I use this company repeatedly and will continue to do so.
