Very good food and drinks, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious and the cocktail pitcher was tasty yet strong. The service was super fast and the waitress was attentive and friendly. Great price, super cheap, only 40 pound for two entrees and a cocktail pitcher. Lots of spacious indoor seating.
Absolutely loved it. The food was soo good and there was a lot of it, you will definitely not be able to move after eating here, which to me is a plus . The price is good too, we had 2 starters, 2 mains, 3 drinks and a coffee for £35. The waiters/waitresses were really nice as well, very friendly and helpful. Went back for breakfast not that long after having dinner there and it was just as nice and just as good as the evening time. Definitely worth going if you are looking for good food and a good atmosphere.
So we arrived and stood there for a while while a group of waitresses chatted away and kept throwing glances at us.Got seated eventually and it took a long while for someone to come and take our order even though it wasnt packed.Drinks came and my drink order was wrong as it tasted off.That was replaced after l mentioned that its off.The one that came was ok..but it came with no ice..at this point l was not in the mood to complain again.The food came and my santa fe chicken was not seasoned at all..it was bland.Also the 'house salad' was just old rocket lettuce and onion with a little bit of sauce,not fresh at all.My daughter had a burger..it was ok.we didnt touch the chips as they had a lot of brown stuff on them.All in all very bad service today.Really disappointed. I know they hired a lot of school kids as its summer holiday but ensure proper training so the service is good as the girl who assisted us looked like she can't be bothered helping us.The only positive was the pulled pork in my daughter's burger,that tasted nice.
Had a great meal only downside no draught cider.food was delicious.coffee tremendous I haven't been in since 2015. Still great service Blues icons adorn the walls.. Kid-friendliness: Children have high chairs when needed Children's menu. Parking: Parking outside door many spaces,free.
Service was 2nd to none. Servers were very polite. Never had a bad meal yet out of here. And very reasonably priced aswell. Parking: Got parked no problem.

Couldn't give it more than 3 stars. The price reflects the recents increases but the food and service does not. Chips are covered in some sort of brown seasoning and weren't cooked properly. The service is terribly slow and the deserts where so disappointing. Certainly not what it was on previous visits. Such a pity as it used to be so much better. All the American style places seem to have noise dived up there. Hope it all improves along with the cleaning and maintaining of the loos
Great food served at Blue Chicago Grill. Big portions, tasty, hot and lots of choice at reasonable prices. Opted for the salty chilli chicken which comes on a sizzling skillet and could hardly finish it . Tasted divine and wasn't disappointed. The service was 1st class, friendly, professional and quick to ask if all is well with the food. Nice layout, bustling and busy but plenty of servers so the wait was short from ordering to table. Set in a square of eateries in Dundonald Blue Chicago more than holds it's own as a casual American dinner offering great food and service.The toilets are very clean and well maintained. Good parking and disabilitie access .
Great choice of menu and good sized portions of really tasty food. Very friendly and helpful staff, who saw to all our needs. Definitely a great spot for a lunch with friends.Food: 5/5
Fast service for a busy weekday evening. Burgers were huge, and the £2 extra to upgrade our fries were well worth it.
