Went in for a random second ear lobe piercing and the staff were genuinely lovely! Great guidance on what jewellery to pick and Liz was amazing! I was a little nervous as always but she was so kind and always checked in with me and was clear with what she was doing and when! Will definitely be going back for more! Thank you!
Had my nose pierced yesterday. It was a spontaneous decision so I was quite nervous. My piercer Liz, was absolutely lovely, she made me feel at ease and so comfortable. I felt quite dizzy after she’d pierced it and she laid me down and was so patient with me. She made absolute sure I was okay before sending me on my way. She explained everything so nicely and I’m so happy with the outcome. Will definitely be coming here again for my future piercings and I’d definitely recommend this store to anyone else that wants a positive piercing experience!
I have had all my piercings done at Blue Banana Birmingham and have never had a bad experience. Today was no different. Had a Tragus piercing by the lovely Liz today. She was fantastic, explained everything and the whole experience was quick and painless. Cannot recommend both Liz and Blue Banana enough.
We went on the off chance today, to see if my Daughter could get her Helix pierced. Excellent service, from a very thorough, professional, helpful, and extremely reassuring team. The staff on the shop floor were fab, really helpful and Sam, who did the piercing was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are clinically clean and give you so much confidence that the piercings are being done in a sterile way. Great experience, this is our third time for piercing's at Blue Banana and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Brilliant service. TX
Recieved excellent service when we visited today to buy shoes and accessories. Particularly credit to Liz who was very helpful in finding exactly the shoes my daughter was looking for and the right size. She is professional, friendly and an asset to your team. A warm welcoming place. Staff behind counter were really helpful! The lovely lady who did my piercing was professional and more importantly put my nerves at ease, she has a natural ability to make you feel calm. Very good price for both piercings. I'm healing really well too and was sent home with great after care advice. I will definitely be choosing Blue Banana for my future piercings. Thank you
I had my nostril pierced two days ago - Liz was my piercer. Liz was professional, friendly and warm from the beginning of the process until the end. She marked my nose and asked me if I was happy with the placement. The piercing was over in a matter of seconds! Liz then explained the aftercare to me. Can't recommend Blue Banana highly enough. So friendly. Thanks Liz!
Liz was absolutely phenomenal. I came in for my nipple piercings and was incredibly anxious but she was incredibly soothing and professional. The pain was less than we anticipated and I'm certain it was due to how calm she made me feel. 10/10.
Fantastic service, came in for a nose piercing and had a fantastic time with Molly, who was amazing and talked me through every step of the way. Will definitely be coming back again for another one.
I had liz pierce my daith today!! She was so sweet all the staff are! she was helpful answered all my questions and made sure I was ok the whole time. I deffo recommend here for piercing if your nervous or not been pierced before the staff are so diligent and kind!
